光迹Lumi 隐私政策

光迹Lumi（以下简称"本应用"）由个人开发者（以下简称"我们"）开发。我们深知个人信息对您的重要性，并会尽全力保护您的个人信息安全。请您在使用本应用前仔细阅读本隐私政策。

一、我们收集的信息

1. 照片及照片中的拍摄信息

当您使用装订创作功能并授权照片权限后，本应用会在您主动选择的照片范围内访问照片，并读取照片自带的拍摄信息（拍摄时间、GPS 地点等 EXIF 数据），用于：

  • 按时间与地点整理您的照片，生成可翻阅的私人刊物
  • 根据拍摄地点生成您的旅行足迹地图
重要说明：
• 照片与拍摄信息仅存储在您的设备本地，我们不会上传、不会存储在服务器
• 我们不会在后台持续追踪您的位置；位置信息仅来自您所选照片自带的拍摄记录
• 您可以随时在系统设置中关闭照片权限，关闭后不影响已生成内容的查看

2. 手记文字与语音

您在应用内记录的文字手记与语音，仅保存在您设备的本地存储中。使用"语音转文字"时，音频会提交至 Apple 系统语音识别服务进行转写（处理方式遵循 Apple 隐私政策），转写生成的文字仅保存在您的设备本地。我们无法访问这些数据，卸载应用后数据将被彻底删除。

二、我们如何使用信息

本应用是离线优先的私人刊物工具：

  • 所有刊物、照片、手记与足迹数据只在本地处理和存储
  • 本应用没有账号系统，无需注册登录
  • 我们不收集您的姓名、邮箱、电话等个人身份信息
  • 本应用不含广告、不含任何统计分析组件

三、第三方服务

在以下情形中，本应用会向您主动选择的服务发起网络请求：

  • 地名显示：将照片的拍摄坐标转换为地名时，会向 Apple 提供的系统地理编码服务发起请求，仅包含坐标，不包含您的身份信息
  • AI 文字整理（可选）：装订创作时的 AI 辅助功能默认关闭。仅当您自行配置 AI 服务商与 API 密钥并主动发起时，才会发送您预览确认过的文字与缩略图；请求使用您自己的密钥直达您选择的服务商，原始照片不会上传保存，我们也无法访问这些请求

除上述情形外，本应用不与任何第三方传输您的数据。

四、信息共享

我们不会向任何第三方出售、出租或共享您的个人信息。

五、数据安全

  • 所有数据存储于您的设备本地，受 iOS 系统沙盒保护
  • 我们没有服务器，因此不存在服务器数据泄露风险

六、您的权利

  • 访问和删除：您可随时在应用内查看和删除您的刊物、照片与手记；卸载应用即可彻底删除全部数据
  • 权限管理：您可在 iOS「设置 → 隐私与安全性」中随时开启或关闭本应用的照片、麦克风等权限

七、未成年人保护

本应用不面向未成年人收集任何个人信息。

八、隐私政策更新

我们可能会适时更新本政策。更新后会在本页面公布，重大变更时会以显著方式提示。

Lumi Privacy Policy

光迹Lumi ("the app") is developed by an individual developer ("we"). We deeply value your privacy. Please read this policy carefully before using the app.

1. Information We Collect

Photos and photo capture metadata — When you use the bookbinding feature and grant photo permission, the app accesses only the photos you actively select, and reads their embedded capture information (shooting time, GPS location and other EXIF data) to:

  • Organize your photos by time and place into a browsable personal journal
  • Generate your travel footprint map from shooting locations
Important:
• Photos and capture metadata are stored locally on your device only — we never upload them to any server
• We do not track your location in the background; location comes only from the capture records embedded in the photos you select
• You may revoke photo permission at any time; viewing already-created journals is not affected

Notes and voice memos — Text notes and voice recordings you create in the app are stored only in the local storage on your device. When you use speech-to-text, audio is submitted to Apple's system speech recognition service for transcription (processed per Apple's Privacy Policy); the transcribed text is stored only on your device. We cannot access this data. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes it.

2. How We Use Information

  • This app is an offline-first personal journal: all journals, photos, notes and footprint data are processed and stored locally only
  • No account system — no sign-up or login required
  • We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, or any other personal identifiers
  • The app contains no ads and no analytics components

3. Third-Party Services

The app sends network requests to services you actively choose only in the following cases:

  • Place-name display: converting photo capture coordinates into place names uses Apple's system geocoding service; requests contain coordinates only, never your identity
  • AI text assistance (optional): the AI feature is off by default. Only when you configure your own AI provider and API key and actively invoke it will the app send the text and thumbnails you previewed and confirmed; requests use your own key and go directly to the provider you chose. Original photos are never uploaded or stored, and we have no access to these requests

Beyond the above, the app never transmits your data to any third party.

4. Information Sharing

We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party.

5. Data Security

All data lives in your device's local storage, protected by the iOS sandbox. We operate no servers, so there is no server-side data-breach risk.

6. Your Rights

  • Access & deletion: View and delete your journals, photos and notes anytime in the app; uninstalling the app permanently erases everything
  • Permission control: Toggle photo, microphone and other permissions anytime in iOS "Settings → Privacy & Security"

7. Children's Privacy

The app does not collect any personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be published on this page.
